Is a sale of a secured Real property where the sellers do not receive enough cash from a buyer to pay off their existing mortgages, providing lenders agree to take less than the amount owed to them. The lender releases its mortgage so that the property can be sold free and clear to the new purchaser. It is a deal that can be arranged before the property goes into foreclosure and is preferable to a default on the mortgage

Broker’s Price Opinion (BPO)
We will provide a written opinion of the value of the property based on the marked conditions and the value of similar properties on the area. A BPO is not an appraisal report.
Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)
We will provide an estimate of the market value of the property to assist the seller to set up an appropriate listing price or to assist the buyer in arriving at an appropriate offering price
